A VERY POSITIVE experience

The room included tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were good. The location is near local attractions. THE staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs.
The hotel could benefit from some updating. Some areas looked a bit worn. I did notice a slight musty smell in certain corridors.

The spa access included a jacuzzi. I saw a good gym with sports facilities. I noticed the availability of parking at the hotel and a garden to relax in, definite benefits.

The team fixed issues quickly and provided compensation when needed. The manager seemed caring. The staff go out of their way to assist, which i greatly appreciated and noticed immediately upon arrival.

The hotel boasts a beautiful swimming pool. I found it to be very quiet . The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold items.
The hotel corridors have a slight damp smell. It's due to the building's age.

The double room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed was comfortable, with crisp linens and plump pillows. An in-room safe was available for securing valuables, reassuring.

Free parking is available , a definite plus for those driving. The hotel is near the motorway, providing easy access to surrounding areas. The hotel has beautiful gardens, a pleasure to walk through.

Staff were helpful and responsive to requests . Check-in was efficient and took only a few minutes. The breakfast service was attentive. Staff promptly cleared tables. I especially appreciated the warm welcome.

the staff members were really friendly and always willing to assist with any requests we had. the gardens outside had comfortable seating areas ideal. i found the beauty staff professional during my treatment, i had a great shoulder massage. the dinner and breakfast were both good with attentive service.
i found the desk in the room to be sticky to the touch making it less convenient to use a laptop. it was clean and spacious and had everything i needed for my stay. it would be better if there was a plug socket near the bed for charging the phone.

the reception was very friendly and cute. they offered helpful directions to our room and the spa. the staff clearly communicated the locations of essential facilities including the dining room. i felt supported throughout my stay.

the hotel has plenty of car parking available upon arrival. traveling to and from the location was quite easy. the surrounding area offers several places for visits. the general area surrounding the hotel is gorgeous adding to the charm of the experience.

Afternoon tea included many sandwiches and cakes with refillable tea and coffee. All the food tasted very nice and I highly recommend a visit.
The gym and pool were not something I used so they were not factors in my stay.
